Brandon Adams Savage, Owner of Vector Energy Solutions, brings a multitude of experience and best practices gained from over 20 years developing, designing, and building high performance energy projects. He began his career with the Oregon Department of Energy as an energy engineer and worked his way up to a policy and management role where he developed and managed several energy programs including the schools SB1149 PPC program and the Oregon Energy Savings Performance Contracting program. He was also the Rebuild America representative for Oregon to the US Department of Energy. After leaving the public sector, Brandon joined a premier Design Build Contractor managing the operations side of their energy division executing over $100 million in projects for public, federal, and private sector facilities in Oregon and SW Washington. Most recently, before forming Vector Energy Solutions LLC, Brandon built an energy solutions division within an electrical distributor developing and building industrial and commercial retrofits in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Idaho. Brandon’s division became the largest dedicated energy division within an electrical distributorship in the US, and the only team that was 100% OSHA certified.
Brandon has been called upon multiple times to provide expert testimony to the Oregon state legislature on behalf of the trades and energy contracting industry.
Vector Energy Solutions LLC leverages Brandon’s 20 years of experience combining a unique blend of skills. These skills include a deep understanding of energy funding streams and programs, and expertise in a multitude of technologies including boilers, chillers, fans, pumps, motors, controls, biomass, solar, and water efficiency solutions. Facilities he knows well include educational, health care, tenant lease, heavy industrial, and food production. Brandon employs his knowledge of energy engineering, financial solutions, design and construction best practices, supply chain, and the importance of listening to his customers to deliver focused solutions that meet the customers goals.
