Safety is the nucleus of our project planning. We begin planning every project with the safety of the building users and construction staff as our number one priority. All planning, scheduling, and implementation decisions are centered around a safety plan that is tailored to each facility’s unique environment, company safety plan and policies. We use a collaborative process working hand in hand with the facility owner and project staff to ensure adequate safety precautions, training, and retraining are incorporated for each work shift and for the overall project. Vector Energy Solutions provides full-service project management. We manage every aspect of each phase of the project cycle including safety, planning, scheduling, permitting, subcontractors, suppliers, code compliance, and utility incentive paperwork for all phases of the project.

Vector Energy provides energy project development services with complete and accurate constructible cost estimates, baseline energy utilization and cost analysis, proposed energy savings calculations, utility rebate estimates, and financing options. Our Investment Grade Project Development reports include a Total Cost of Ownership analysis including cash-flow pro-forma and amortization schedules.
